We source fresh produce, seafood, and materials from local Shriwardhan farmers and fishermen — reducing food miles and supporting the community.
Minimal Plastic
Single-use plastics have been phased out across the resort. Guests receive refillable amenities and biodegradable packaging.
Local Employment
Over 90% of our staff are from the local Shriwardhan and Raigad community, ensuring that resort revenue stays in the region.
Energy Efficiency
We use energy-efficient lighting, natural ventilation design, and solar-assisted water heating throughout the resort.
Water Conservation
Rainwater harvesting and greywater management systems reduce our freshwater consumption across the property.
