Breeze-Inn Beach Resort began not as a business plan, but as a dream. Muneez Mahmood — founder and visionary behind the resort — grew up with a deep connection to the Konkan coast. The rocky shores of Shriwardhan, the coconut groves swaying in the sea breeze, the warmth of the local community — these were not just landscapes, they were home.

After years of travelling and experiencing hospitality across India, Muneez returned to Shriwardhan with a clear vision: to create a resort that would let guests experience the same peace and beauty he had always loved about this place — without compromising on comfort, warmth, or authenticity.

"I didn't want to build just another hotel," Muneez says. "I wanted to build a place where families could disconnect from the noise, couples could reconnect with each other, and every guest could feel at home. The sea and the land here have a certain energy — my goal was always to let that energy speak."

Every element of Breeze-Inn — from the architecture and landscaping to the food menu and the service philosophy — reflects this intention. The resort is built with local materials, employs local staff, and sources ingredients from local farmers and fishermen wherever possible.

Today, Breeze-Inn Beach Resort welcomes hundreds of guests every year from Mumbai, Pune, and beyond — each leaving with memories of sunsets, sea air, and a hospitality experience that feels genuinely personal. For Muneez, that is the measure of success that matters most.
